​WEEKLY SCHEDULE:​

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
        - Basketball skills and Strength training

• Tuesday and Thursday
        - Vertimax and Shooting training

• Limited to 15 kids per age group. ​

Grade 5-8 - 8:00 - 10:00 AM

Grade 9-12 - 12:30 - 2:00 PM
