ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INSIDE THE APP

PARENTS

Roles

• Respond when staff or volunteers communicate feedback information about your student athlete

• Participate in meetings about student progress and experience

• Empower their student to build their schedule each month

• Assist student athlete in being timely and prepared for all scheduled sessions

• Provide advance notice when student athlete will not be available for sessions/practices/games

• Participate in parent polls or discussion groups to keep improving the program.

• Follow The ABP Way when communicating with everyone in the network

• Provide a date and time for parent meetings with staff

• Sign up for volunteer activities or programs
  

Responsibilities

• Encourage student to be responsible for their effort, time management,

• Help us build a healthy student athlete experience for all student athletes

• Find ways to contribute to our ecosystem and make it stronger

• Share the network with other families that would fit our THE ABP WAY

• Post regularly

• Share comments about playing time or student performance with staff and coaches privately.
  

STUDENT ATHLETES

Roles

• Share school progress in player profile

• Update player profile each quarter/report card period

• Maintain an Activate profile

• Participate in team chats, discussions, update status for attending, practices
  

Responsibilities

• Use the Platform to communicate with team and coaches

• Share student success in platform

• Post highlights or clips in platform

• Uphold The ABP WAY when communicating in the platform

• Check Schedule

• Set goals and monitor the progress of goals in platform
