Building a Winning Culture

Winning has so much to do with the team collectively wanting the same things and and doing what is necessary to get it done. It can be hard to get everyone on the same page but this group just wants to win.

This past weekend our girls went 2-1. Everyone around them or anyone that sees them play knows that’s this group is doing the little things everyday to keep getting better. They have the competitive spirit that challenges everyone to keep getting better. This team doesn’t complain, make excuses or take days off. Their consistency is testament to how to set yourself up for success. Even though it’s still early in their season they are building the right habits to more opportunities in the future.
