Focus On Your Own Yard

What’s your yard? Your yard is full of your hopes, your dreams, your aspirations. This requires your full attention daily. It’s your responsibility to tend to it and keep it up.

Looking in your neighbors yard gets you off focus.there’s a saying that I believe is true, and that comparison is the thief of joy. Why is that? You start to look at what others have and what you don’t. You can get the most out of you! This is why you should push yourself to the limit every time you’re in the gym working.

The beauty in tending to your yard is that you know what you’re putting in it. You can’t fake you out! You know if you’re going hard, if you’re getting up shots, working on your game. When your yard is your focus you won’t be surprised by the results you get.

Rules for keeping your yard healthy and clean.

  1. Focus on you

  2. Don’t compare yourself to others.

  3. Eliminate distractions that take you away from

    your goals

  4. No limits on yourself

  5. Build the right habits and stay consistent!

Use these rules to take your game to the next level!
