Goals

Goals are an essential component of a player’s development and success. Goals are the object of a person's ambition or effort, an aim or desired result. Your habits and routines are what you do daily to get you to your goals.


When you take the time to write your goals down and craft a plan to achieve them, you are saying that you are taking control of your life. There’s nothing like self-efficacy. Believing that you can achieve anything that you are willing to work for is fulfilling and brings joy to you and others who are supporting you along the way!

Here are some significant steps that can help you achieve your goals:

  1. Write your goals and dreams down

  2. Write down the action steps that you will take.

  3. Celebrate your small wins.

  4. Hold yourself accountable.
